The location of the hotel is not ideal, as it is far from the main restaurants and attractions. It can be inconvenient for solo travelers, especially females, to walk on a busy and potentially dangerous road to reach the desired places. the hostel is not quiet, with noise from people talking loudly and playing music late into the night, even during the designated quiet time. the lack of staff or security guard after 11 PM contributes to the disregard for noise rules.
The comfort of the mattresses is subpar, with visible sagging in multiple places. the noise and dust from the street, which is just a few feet away, can be disruptive to both sleep and relaxation on the patio.

The value for money at Casa Del Sol was unbeatable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a refreshing AC and daily cleaning service. The location was perfect, right in the middle of two surf beaches and next to a convenient supermarket. The best part was the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home.
When it comes to breakfast delights, it would be great if there were more options available.

I gotta say, I really got bang for my buck at this place. The room was fantastic and I felt like I was getting a lot for what I paid. The location was top-notch, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach. And the staff? Oh man, they treated me like a rock star.
Now, don't get me wrong, the morning meal was good, but if there was just a little more variety, it would've been even better!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The location was great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby.- The hostel was well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
The noise from the main road was quite loud during the day, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. The hostel seemed to lack proper management or enforcement of quiet hours, as there were instances of loud music and talking late at night.

Located in the heart of the action, with a supermarket right next door. The AC in all the rooms was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The complete kitchen was clean and well-equipped.
Some of the furniture and amenities were falling apart and not properly maintained. There were issues with ants in the room and occasional cockroaches in the shower.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Del Sol in Playa Santa Teresa. The staff went above and beyond to help me when my headphones were stolen. They even reviewed hours of security footage to try and locate them. The location was fantastic, right in front of a beach entrance and with a supermarket right next door. The kitchen appliances were clean and new, and the bunks in the dorm were comfortable with convenient access to plugs. The bathroom inside the dorm was spacious and well-maintained. And to top it off, Casa Del Sol offered the best value for money during high season.
I highly recommend this hotel. Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the noisy traffic and the occasional lack of respect for quiet hours, the friendly staff and excellent location made up for it.
